When you let go of what you believe that you should be, what the world is trying to tell you to be, and deeply hear who you are inside - true magic occurs. Everything is attempting to drag you toward the middle where mediocrity lives. You should be this way, dress this way, talk this way, like this music, do these things - the list grows forever.

The more that you express your thoughts, the further away from normal you get, the more you start to feel the gravity of that pull making an attempt to bring you back in. The rest of the globe, as much as they revere those that revolutionize and change things, doesn't want you to become an outlier. But that's where most innovaters passions live - on the fringes. Here's where genius lives. This is where vision and dreams live. These are the most unique places in life.

If you're going to take a chance on those, you better be willing to feel the pressure from the massive outside forces of normality. I did not understand that at the start of chasing my dreams. I was under the impression that this force trying to bring me back in was the right thing to do. Nonetheless in numerous cases I discovered that the voice murmuring deep inside me was the honest thing to do because honestly, that's where my purpose and passion lives. If I paid no attention to that I'd be forever living in deep regret.

Follow what makes you leap out of bed in the morning. Follow what makes your heart light up. Those positive things will never send you in the wrong direction. They would send you into extremely challenging situations, but that's what in the territory. You need to be ready to seek that resistance and understand that once it shows up, you are in the right place to begin with.

Be content to be different. Make the sacrifices it takes to execute your dreams. You never know when you'll be taken from this place, so you may as well give yourself the best chance to go out with a bang and start following your dreams.
