We all have our limits. Its like an empty bottle being filled up. At first, every drop of liquid can be accommodated. The more its kept it, the more it reaches to a point when you can no longer stop the water from overflowing. We are like that at times. And unless we do not set a limit to ourselves or bring out that bottle cap to prevent anything from coming in and out, we will soon find our thoughts scattering to everywhere as well.

Constant thought about this can create worry, which can then affect their productivity.

Anxiety. We all feel down at some point. But there are those who experience the intense case on this one, making them feel somehow lost and overwhelmed. This can be very dangerous especially if not addressed immediately. By counseling, the person is given the chance to air his or her concerns and just let all of his worries out.

Problems with relationships. This is not just limited to the couple sort of relationships. Even those involving parents and kids can be a part of this category. Those who have serious issues with the people closest to them are under a huge emotional strain and will need to practice open communication to release what they feel and work on a resolution.

We all have our good and bad days. What matters more is how we deal with our circumstance. Take time to evaluate yourself and see if there is a need to open up. Pen up emotions and negativities can be a risk.
