There are people who are not aware that tobacco users usually suffer from loss of appetite and also food taste. Some smokers cannot even identify different tastes that are found in different foods. Tobacco users also do not keep themselves clean and are associated with bad bodily odors. This can even affect their social lives with other individuals who do not use tobacco products.



If a woman is pregnant, then it is understood then you need to quit and avoid tobacco smoke. The nicotine in tobacco may actually cause deformities to occur on the young fetus. This may cause you to give birth to baby with birth defects. This can be very bad since it is something that could have obviously been avoided.



Tobacco components can also be passes to the unborn baby through the circulation of blood and other fluids. Pregnant women should stop using tobacco as it can cause them to birth to children with ear infections. Introduce your friends who smoke to these sessions.
