It is important to reduce the symptoms and the fears. One can also do this with cognitive therapy as well as exposure therapy. You will learn to reduce the negative feelings, which is important.

It is important to talk about more intense feelings and other deep feelings relating to the past because very often this is the thing that brings on the attacks. This may be something relating to the childhood. Sometimes it is past trauma that a person is not aware of. It could be PTSD symptoms relating to some form of abuse.

A lot of people find that you can listen to soothing music, and carrying earphones around with you can be helpful. You will be able to block out the crowds. You will be able to invest your time in art therapy. Meditation and prayer in the morning will help you to become refreshed and eliminate some of the stress that you may be facing.

Exposure therapy as well as cognitive therapy is also good at dealing with the fear which is present with these attacks. You will begin to deal with those negative feelings and find a way of turning them into something which is more realistic. DBT therapy is also good for this. This includes some meditation which is a good way of starting the day because it helps you relax.
