All of us have some weakness deep inside us. We get frustrated, afraid, and worry of things we cannot handle and have complete control. When confronted with unimaginable problems be it involved life searching, losing someone, reaching a dream, or absence of money we usually tend to fight them. This is a natural response that is to survive at all cost.

Our minds are powerful machines. It works like a computer but when troubles come unexpected or we made the wrong choice, regretting is the usual thing we do. Diverting your attention is the key. Some people have the skill to face their daily dread and use it in their own advantage. It is amazing to see people grow up and become wise.

Emotions are difficult to control whenever the source of the distraction is about the things or people near to you. Consider emotions as traitors. Never make decisions when emotionally stable because you will likely make mistakes and end up in deep regrets. That is why every move has its own consequence. When that comes, be sure you're ready, if not then more trouble occurs.

Courage occurs because of our fears. When we start fighting them off, the result is unstoppable courage. Having a partner or someone who hang on to is good. Sharing of fears and sadness will make you feel you are not alone. Better write down the fears you have and write the solutions. Be sure that your solutions are doable.

Speaking of doubts, you need to understand that this is a step by step process. There is no easy way or a shortcut unless you are very determined. Like we know that everything is in our minds. If you have that control, you can be anything you want. Most people believe that in all you do, decide with yourself and never do it for others because they say so.

The painful truth about regret is that time continuous and mistakes will be left engraved in hard stone and you will think of them as your lesson. People we usually look up to are those men and women who overcome their greatest fears and they look beyond the imperfections. It is very difficult to be grateful when everything seems so wrong.

We must solve our own trouble. You can't blame other people due to your own wrong doings. People might have pushed you to do bad things but decision is still yours to make. The ball is right in your hands. You let it slipped and your life is over. People will do everything to break you and hurt you. Your self is your only friend.

Most go crazy, others go a little crazy. Psychiatrists and psychologists are there to help for a fee. Undergoing a medication and counseling will take much time and willingness to cooperate. It needs a good budget for professional fee but at least something good is about to come once the program is over.

Believe in him and everything will be alright. Sometimes, things happen unexpectedly. Have will power to go on and be free.
