Just communicate. Talk a lot with your counselor and your partner. Let them know what is going on in both of your mind and heart. Let them in through the walls that you have built these years.



Lastly, you would have to grow together from now on. As they always say, it takes two to tango. So, be able to support each other every step of the way.
