The first step in dealing with depression is identifying the trigger. You should look at the environment that you are exposing your child and identify the issues that may be stressful. Once you have identified the trigger, find a way in which you can prevent your child from being exposed to this environment.

Both depression and anxiety can be treated if discovered early. Failure to treat your child early enough may trigger aggression.
