Psychological Kinesiology is a self help tool with the goals in changing beliefs in the subconscious mind. Usually, the subconscious beliefs are the invisible causes of self sabotaging behaviors. In order to understand how it works, it all starts in understanding the things you probably already know. It is actually your subconscious that controls all the motor functions of your body, such as your heart beating, breathing and muscle movements.



The things that you might not know is that most of the subconscious control all your muscles through different electrical signals. Thus, it also means that you are creating a direct connection between your muscles and subconscious. Psych-k usually works by tapping into a direct link. Through this, your subconscious side may also provide nothing but the truth.



With the use of the self tool, your conscious mind may also get in the right way. Thus, you cannot be biased with a certain answer you will give from the truth. Typically, the use of the self tool for the muscle tests is a great way to talk about the conscious mind and the subconscious side.

Usually, the process can also transform any negative beliefs to a positive one that focuses on changing or supporting the aspect you want. You may also keep a certain progress on a certain track.
