The maintenance of a healthy and aligned smile is simple and cost effective to achieve. There are a number of oral tips that should be followed to ensure that dysfunction, discoloration, and cavities are prevented that are also most expensive to have corrected. Every 3 months your toothbrush should be changed as a result of general wear and tear. Avoid dark liquids such as wine, caffeine, and regular smoking. These activities will darken the enamel and can cause decay requiring costly restorative methods for a bright white smile. Care should be taken to incorporate balanced diets and healthy oral intervention for the best outcome.



The dentist should be visited at least twice a year to determine the presence of abnormality. If you are able to determine damage before it becomes worse, the right type of correction can be put in place. Maintaining a beautiful smile requires ongoing care.
