People often find that they are having a bad day. However, the follow day, everything is back to normal. They may have had an argument with a loved one or they may have been stressed at work. It can especially be helpful to a trauma patient as well as those suffering from addictions, grief which lead to depression. They connect with others in the group.

There are specialized therapists who know more about adolescents and they will be able to treat a teenager or child. A younger child will be better off with a play therapist. Young children may withdraw or they be very angry and frustrated, throwing a lot of tantrums. One needs to watch out for the changes in their behaviour.
