They realize that everyone in the group has been through similar incidents. It is comforting to know that they are not alone.

Patients leave feeling lighter with a sense of freedom. Kids, especially are very honest when it comes to any sort of art work. A creative therapist is trained with the skills to analyse what a child has presented them with.
